The famous Carlton Cannes, located at 58 boulevard de la Croisette, reopened its doors on March 13, 2023 after a meticulous renovation. This reopening marks the rebirth of a Riviera jewel, where the most prestigious craftsmen were brought together to restore and modernize the iconic establishment.

To celebrate this reopening, the Carlton Cannes is highlighting the expertise and dedication of the Métiers d'Art. Hundreds of men and women took part in this legendary transformation, bringing the icon back to life. Although the exterior facades have been embellished and enlarged, the originalarchitecture has been preserved, respecting the heritage and majesty of the place.

Inside, an unprecedented change has taken place. The finest craftsmen were selected to work on this extraordinary project, rediscovering and restoring historic elements such as round marbled stucco columns, onyx columns and gold leaf ornaments. Noble materials such as Carrara marble and Raku ceramics were used, testifying to the attention paid to the smallest details.

The Carlton Cannes honors his memory by restoring certain pieces and creating new ones to infuse modernity. The future blends with the past, blending perfectly into this place steeped in history. The project was orchestrated by architect Richard Lavelle and interior designer Tristan Auer, in collaboration with VINCI Construction.

The Carlton Cannes, owned by Katara Hospitality, joins IHG Hotels & Resorts ' (IHG) prestigious Regent brand. The Carlton Cannes also offers a 900 m² Fitness & Spa complex, The C Club, featuring a boxing ring, state-of-the-art gym, yoga and Pilates studio. The new Iconic Signatures Suites pay tribute to the hotel's cinematic and sporting heritage, with names such as the Grace Kelly Suite, the Cary Grant Suite, the Kirk Douglas Suite, the Alfred Hitchcock Suite and the Suzanne Lenglen Suite.

The hotel's culinary offering has been completely revamped, with three restaurants, three bars and a tea room. The Riviera restaurant overlooks the Croisette and features a new chef's table overlooking Chef Laurent Bunel's open kitchen. The Anatolian restaurant Rüya will open in May 2023, just before the Cannes Film Festival. The Carlton Beach Club, renovated by Tristan Auer, offers a chic yet relaxed setting to enjoy Homer's famous Lobster rolls or a cocktail inspired by the world's different rivieras.

Bar°58, inspired by the hotel's emblematic address, offers creative seasonal cocktails based on a "from farm to bar" philosophy. Finally, the Camélia tea room invites guests to discover teas from around the world in an immersive sensory experience inspired by the historic Silk Road.
